What is a redraw facility, how can I access it and what is the minimum amount I can redraw?
Redraw applies to all our variable rate home loans and means that whatever your repay in excess of your minimum monthly repayments goes towards your redraw facility. For example, if your minimum monthly repayment is $600 and you decide to repay $850.00 then the extra $250.00 goes into your redraw facility. If you need cash in an emergency, you can withdraw out of this balance.
